In 1991, the first restaurant under the Crystal Jade brand was opened at the Cairnhill Hotel in Singapore, marking the beginning of a renowned Chinese culinary “empire” in the Lion City. Over 30 years later, Crystal Jade has evolved into a prestigious culinary group with over 90 restaurants worldwide.

The group’s brands have received 1 Michelin star, been featured in the BIB Gourmand Awards, and been listed in the Michelin Recommendation List by this esteemed culinary organization.

Crystal Jade Palace, a Cantonese culinary brand under the Crystal Jade group, was introduced in Ho Chi Minh City 23 years ago and is managed by the IN Dining group.
